Online Employment Systems has been working with Willmar school district since 2006.
The main goal is to reduce risk for the school district by providing an electronic management and tracking system for their
policies and procedures. Compliance Mark also allows Willmar to diseminate this information and any changes to this information quickly and easily,
using web-based technology. This avoids printing and distribution costs, potential loss of handbooks and other problems that are inherent
in a paper based system.
Willmar Public School District is located in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota.
The Willmar school district is composed of 6 schools. It has a very diverse student population of approximatly 4200 students and
it has a faculty and staff population of approximatly 700.

  | Compliance Mark and THINK Together |
Online Employment Systems (OES) is pleased to announce that THINK Together has chosen Compliance Mark to be their policy management solution.
THINK Together is a California-based nonprofit (501 (c) 3) after school provider operating more than 180 sites in school
districts throughout Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. They serve more than 20,000 students every day, making THINK Together
one of the largest after school program providers in the United States.
"We are very excited to work with this wonderful nonprofit organization that truly makes a difference in our children's future, and the future of our country."
stated Chris Kehr, President of Online Employment Systems. "The THINK Together story is truly inspirational, I encourage everyone to go to their web site and read it."
THINK Together has approximately 1400 employees and staff located in southern California that are assigned documents to read based on their position. Previously
these documents would have to be printed and mailed to these office locations. THINK Together has approximately 10 documents
each of which needs to be assigned to an employee based on the employee's position.
With the help of Compliance Mark (CM) documents are now made available on the Internet. Users log in and see only the documents that have
been assigned to them. As they read the document CM uses date-stamps and electronic signatures to show when each user read each
document.
